Overview

MAB stands for Mozilla Address Book. The file format is used by SeaMonkey and Thunderbird to save contact details like name, address, and phone number. It also supports Netscape and many other Mozilla email apps. It is widely used to save contact for both personal and commercial needs.

SeaMonkey creates two address books including Personal Address book (abook.mab) and Collected Addresses Book (history.mab).

Thunderbird saves data in abook.mab, history.mab and impab.mab (import data to the email programs).
