PRX- PlayStation Portable Plugin

What is .PRX file Format and How can we Open into the desktop?

The .PRX file format is a proprietary file format used by Sony PlayStation Portable (PSP) devices. It is a game file that contains game data and is used to launch games on the PSP. The .PRX files are typically stored in the PSP/GAME/ directory on the PSP device.

To open a .PRX file on a desktop computer, you will need to use a PSP emulator program. PSP emulators are software programs that can run PSP games on a desktop computer. Popular PSP emulators include JPCSP, PPSSPP, and RetroArch.

Once you have downloaded and installed a PSP emulator, you can launch the emulator and open the .PRX file. The emulator will then display the game on the desktop. You can then play the game as if you were playing it on a PSP device.

In addition to being able to open .PRX files using an emulator, you can also view and extract the contents of the file using a file decompression program such as 7-Zip. Doing so will allow you to view the contents of the file without having to launch the game.
