Overview

An OLM file can be accessed on MS Outlook 2011 for Mac. The file extension is widely used for MS Outlook to store a number of data including Contacts, Messages, Emails, Notes, Journals, Task, Calendar and much more. Users have to understand the fact that MAC Outlook stores its data in a database file. It doesn’t store data in OLM file. It allows users to export the stored data in OLM.

Size of OLM

It is debatable. The capacity of the file format is unknown but users of the file extension believe that OLM doesn’t hold more than 2 GB database.
